Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:
Recommended terms of payment: the Customer makes payment no later than 45 calendar days after signing the acts of the works performed and providing the original invoice);
other terms of payment: the service executor provides a bank guarantee for the advance payment.
The total bid price shall cover all obligations of the bidder to comply with the requirements contained in the tender documents, including the cost of materials, delivery services, costs of business trips, etc.
Delivery terms:
Spare parts and consumables of the Contractor. Repair of the engine to be carried out on the territory of the Contractor.
Comments: The executor must provide:
- reference-sheet;
- application (Appendix 1) and application form (enterprise card) of the tender participant;
- TKP, strictly according to Annex 2, which consists of two parts:
