Comments:
The total bid price must cover all obligations of the bidder to fulfill the requirements contained in the bidding documents, including the cost of materials, delivery services, travel expenses, etc.

The prices for spare parts, as well as the Contractor's materials will be checked by the SEB of JSC "Minudobreniya" for compliance with the current prices. All materials of the contractor must comply with quality standards and have appropriate documents (certificates, GOSTs, TU) and must pass the incoming quality control at the Customer's enterprise.
