Обоснование: выбраны поставщики, с учетом оценки инициатора ТЗ, подавшие КП в полном соответствии с ТЗ, а именно указан весь перечень ремонтируемых эл двигателей, доставка за счет подрядчика, где это указано в ТЗ, расстояние от производственной площадки до ремонтной базы поставщика, где это указано в ТЗ. Авансы согласно предоставленных кп по данным работам не предусмотрены.
