Contract performance security:Работы по ремонту оборудования должны производиться в соответствии с требованиями руководства по эксплуатации оборудования и действующих стандартов. Гарантийный срок на выполненные работы по ремонту оборудования составляет:
- по капитальному ремонту оборудования 12 месяцев с даты ввода в эксплуатацию, или в течение 5000 часов, в зависимости от того, что наступит раньше.

Срок действия договора с 01.11.2020г. по 31.12.2021г.
Срок по капитальному ремонту оборудования не более 20 календарных дней с момента завоза оборудования на производственную базу Подрядчика.

Payment terms:The Customer settles for the work by transferring funds by payment orders to the Contractor's settlement account no less than 120 (one hundred twenty) calendar days from the date the parties signed the acceptance certificate for the work performed and the acceptance certificate for the equipment from repair without the Customer's comments, with the obligatory indication of the inventory equipment numbers, attachment of the defective statement, indicating the location of defects detection (type, serial number of the drilling block, well), an act for returnable materials (scrap metal) from repairs signed by the financially responsible person of the Customer, a unified form of OS-3 acts, invoices of the Contractor for the performed amount of work, invoice.

MANDATORY acceptance of the contract as amended by the Customer attached to the PURCHASING DOCUMENTATION !!!

1. The cost of equipment repair services offered by the Contractor should be made up of the cost of materials and services, in accordance with Appendix No. 1 to the specification. The equipment delivered to the Contractor's production base under a complaint must be repaired within 10 working days from the date of delivery of the equipment.
2. Requirements for the Contractor:
1) The presence of a production base no more than 500 km from the city of Almetyevsk RT - ownership or lease.
2) At least 3 years of experience in repairing hydraulic boxes (confirmed by contracts).
3) Availability of material and technical resources to perform work:
- Lathe (ownership or lease with supporting documents).
- Semiautomatic welding machine (ownership or lease with supporting documents).
- Surfacing machine (ownership or rental with supporting documents).
- Milling machine (ownership or lease with supporting documents).
4) ISO 9001 certificate for service and repair of oil and gas drilling equipment
5) Availability of service department - supporting documents
3. In the event of failure of the equipment belonging to the Customer (due to the Contractor) during the warranty (post-repair) period, as well as revealing the fact of inoperability of the equipment belonging to the Customer during the performance of work (services), the Customer has the right to collect a fine from the Contractor in the amount of the cost of downtime (unproductive work) of a drilling rig (by type of drilling rig) based on the cost of one hour of downtime (Appendix No. 5 to the contract, the cost of an hour of downtime is unilaterally adjusted once a quarter), but not more than the cost of repairs performed. In the absence of downtime (unproductive work) of the drilling rig, the Customer has the right to recover from the Contractor a fine of 50,000 rubles and the actual costs incurred for dismantling the out of order equipment and installation of revolving equipment.
4. In case of violation of the terms of equipment repair, in accordance with the terms of this agreement on the basis of a mutually agreed list and a monthly repair plan, the Contractor will be penalized in the amount of 3% of the cost of work performed on this repair for each week of delay.
5. In case of failure of the warranty equipment, the Customer has the right to dismantle it without the consent of the Contractor. Upon the arrival of the Contractor at the facility (well), the parties create a commission, which includes competent, authorized representatives of the Customer and the Contractor, who are able to determine the guilty party without additional investigation in the shop conditions, appointed by orders for the enterprises. The commission investigates and determines (establishes) the reason for the failure of the equipment, with the obligatory execution and signing by both parties of an incident investigation report.
6. The Commission determines the party that caused the incident directly at the wellsite on the day of the investigation, and if there is no evidence of the Customer's guilt, then the Contractor is recognized as the party that caused the incident. Who, in case of disagreement with the decision of the commission, after the removal of the equipment to the base of the Contractor (the transport is provided by the Contractor), conducting an additional investigation at his own expense, has the right to present evidence of his innocence in the incident and refute the decision of the commission. When conducting an additional investigation, the Contractor undertakes to ensure the presence of a representative of the Customer and to call him in advance. Additional investigation is carried out only at the production facilities of the Contractor (it is excluded to conduct an investigation at the production facilities of subcontractors, if they are involved). The equipment delivered to the Contractor's production base under a complaint must be repaired within 10 working days from the date of delivery of the equipment.
7. Based on the results of the investigation, the commission draws up an investigation report, which must be signed by the parties; refusal to sign the act is not allowed. If the representative of the guilty party established as a result of the investigation refuses to sign the act, the act is considered signed in favor of the other party, about which a corresponding note is made in the act.
This act is the basis for compensation (payment) by the guilty party of losses caused by the incident, downtime or unproductive work at the expense of the guilty party, including penalties imposed on the customer by third parties.
In the event that the Contractor is recognized as the guilty party, this act is the basis for a claim by the Customer against the Contractor. Reimbursement (payment) of losses, including penalties, is carried out by means of an adjustment towards a decrease in the volume of work performed by the Contractor by the amount of losses (fine) and payment for the work performed, taking into account the deduction of the cost of downtime (non-productive time) indicated in the claims presented and recognized by the Contractor, either left unanswered within 30 calendar days, or by transferring funds to the Customer's account on the basis of a claim.
