Documents to be uploaded:
1) Apply to participate must be accompanied by the Offer applications of an approved pattern and contain key information on the offer to supply goods / services, the terms and conditions of delivery / services, payment terms, warranty conditions.
2) Please read carefully the standard version of the agreement. The Member is entitled to propose a protocol differences that must be provided in the membership offer. Otherwise, the Participant shall be deemed to have agreed with the suggested wording.
3) The offer shall be accompanied with quality certificates or passports (for the products subject to certification or conditioning). In the case of services, the offer is complemented by documents confirming the possibility of providing these services (CPO certificates, passports, etc.).

GENERAL INFORMATION:
This RFP procedure does not constitute a tender and is not subject to Articles 447-449 of the Part I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
