Comments: We draw your attention to:
1. The participant who took part in the procedure (who made the offer) must provide an estimate for the performance of the work before the deadline for accepting applications.
2. The cost of materials and equipment used, including transportation costs and procurement and storage costs, is confirmed by payment documents when the work is delivered and accepted. The cost of materials and equipment is reimbursed to the Contractor at the actual selling cost of purchase, taking into account transportation and procurement and storage costs based on accounting, warehouse and production accounting, taking into account the optimal delivery schemes, but not more than the amount of funds provided for in the estimate documentation and the price of the Agreement.
3. The cost of the Contractor's expenses related to the payment of VAT to suppliers of material resources and other organizations for the provision of services (VAT compensation) is confirmed by payment documents at the time of acceptance and acceptance work performed. The VAT paid is compensated to the Contractor at the actual selling cost of purchasing resources and services received on the basis of accounting, warehousing and production costs, but no more than the amount of funds provided for by the estimate documentation and the price of the Agreement.
4. The customer considers all proposals received regardless of the possibility of providing the required documents. Participants who submit an application with consent to provide the above documents will have a competitive advantage.
5. This request is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447 — 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057 — 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate amount of civil legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time without incurring any liability to the Participants.
By submitting an offer (offer), the Supplier guarantees that it is a bona fide taxpayer. At the request of the Buyer, the Supplier is obliged to provide tax reports for the last reporting period certified by the tax authority.
In the event that tax reports are not available or do not allow us to verify with a sufficient degree of confidence that the Supplier is in good faith, the Buyer has the right to request other documents confirming the possibility of the Supplier's independent fulfillment of supply obligations, including, but not limited to: an extract from the staffing table with copies of employment contracts of persons engaged for performance of works, information on the ownership or lease of: office, warehouse, production premises, equipment/tools/mechanisms, vehicles.
If these documents are not provided, the Customer has the right to reject the offer (offer).
