Comments:
1. This competitive procedure for the selection of the Supplier is sent in accordance with the Tender Rules of the Tender Organizer as part of the procedure for requesting commercial proposals, which is not is an offer, auction or tender and its conduct is not regulated by Art. 447-449 Part 1 and 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil law obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any cause or terminate the selection procedure at any time without giving reasons, without incurring any liability to the Participants.
2. The tender organizer reserves the right to select several winners, dividing the supply of goods at its discretion and without explaining the reasons among several potential participating suppliers competitive procedure.
3. The standard agreement is sent for signature to the Winner (s) identified during the meeting of the Tender Committee, which is held by the Organizer of the competitive procedure after the completion of this procedure at B2B-Center electronic trading platform.
4. The Organizer sends the template of a standard contract to interested potential suppliers upon additional request

6. Organisation/documentation that does not meet the requirements and forms specified in the notice, the Organizer has the right to reject without explanation and recognize this documentation, and, accordingly, the Applicant does not meeting the requirements of this competitive procedure.
