- The decision to choose a provider based on the results of the request for proposals-Tender Committee accepted LLC "FCFS".
- The selected supplier for the contract represents the address of LLC "FCFS" constituent documents.
- Tender Committee LLC "FCFS" reserves the right not to recognize the winner of any of the parties.
- The present proposal can under no circumstances be regarded as an offer. Accordingly, LLC "FCFS" does not bear any liability whatsoever for refusing to sign a contract with persons applying the proposal to conclude the transaction.
OOO "FCFS" reserves the right to accept any of the proposals or do not accept any of them.
