- The Decision to choose a supplier based on the results of the request for proposals is accepted by the Tender Committee of "PSOFTWARE" LTD.
- The Selected supplier for the conclusion of the contract provides the constituent documents to the LLC "PPCO".
- The Present proposal may not, under any circumstances, be construed as an offer. Accordingly, LLC "PPSOFTWARE" is not responsible for refusal to conclude a contract with the persons who have asked to conclude the relevant transaction.
LLC "PPSOFTWARE" reserves the right to accept any of the received offers, or not to accept any of them.
