Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
within 15 (fifteen) working days from the moment the Contractor submits payment documents (invoice, invoice for payment), drawn up on the basis of the Certificate of the cost of work performed and costs (form No. KS-3), signed by the Parties of the Act on acceptance of work performed ( form No. KS-2), drawn up on the basis of estimate documentation, subject to the transfer of as-built documentation to the Customer.

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
