Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
Payment shall be made upon completion of the works, within 30 calendar days after the obligations under the agreement are performed. Payment shall be made in accordance with the procedure provided for by the draft civil law agreement (Section 3 of this documentation). If a bidder sends a proposal for prepayment in any amount, this will constitute a basis for his rejection.
Delivery terms:
Terms of execution of works (deadline) - 40 calendar days after entering into agreement. If a bidder sends a proposal on the terms of work execution that exceed the maximum specified value, this will constitute a basis for his rejection.
