Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing the total lot price from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:priority payment in fact. In case of necessity of advance in the amount of more than 20% and at the same time exceeding 1 000 000 rubles it is necessary to provide a bank guarantee. The readiness to provide a bank guarantee is determined by a certified letter from the Guarantor Bank of the first 10 rating banks. If there is no such letter-readiness to provide a bank guarantee is not.

Comments:
Commercial proposal (in the form of Appendix № 2), estimates (in the amount of 6 PCs.), the schedule of production of works must be signed and stamped!
The quotation must comply with the technical specification and contain the following information:
1. Period of production of works (calendar days)
2. Warranty Period
3. Applied coefficient to estimates
The total cost of the estimates is not the starting and the coefficient to the estimates, may be, both increasing and decreasing, but uniform to all the estimates for each individual TK.
4. Terms of payment (fact/prepayment-provision of advance);
5. The proposal must be signed by the authorized person and stamped by the organization

It is necessary to provide documentation according to the list of necessary documents for participation in the tender.

Participation in the tender means consent to work under the model contract of "Tambovstroy" LLC.

"Tambovstroy" LTD. is the general contractor of the construction of pig breeding complexes, breeding farms, seed production centers of "Rusagro".
