Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing the total lot price from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Priority payment upon delivery. If advance payment is required in excess of 20% and at the same time exceeding 1 000 000 rubles, a bank guarantee is required. Willingness to provide a bank guarantee is determined by a certified letter from the guarantor bank of the first 10 Banks of the rating. If there is no such letter, there is no readiness to provide a bank guarantee.

Comments:
A commercial proposal (in the form of Appendix No. 2), estimates (in the amount of 8 pcs.), A schedule of work must be signed and stamped!
A commercial proposal must comply with the technical specifications and contain the following information:
1. Duration of work (calendar days)
2. Warranty period
3. Applicable ratio to estimates
The total cost of the estimates is not a starting one and the coefficient to the estimates can be either increasing or decreasing, but common to all estimates for each individual TK.
4. Payment terms (fact / prepayment - advance payment secured);
5. The proposal must be signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization

It is mandatory to provide documentation in accordance with the list of necessary documents for participation in the tender.

Participation in the tender means consent to work under the standard contract of LLC Tambovstroy.

Tambovstroy LLC is the general contractor for the construction of pig-breeding complexes, breeding farms, seed production centers of RusAgro Group of Companies.
