The Technical and Commercial Proposal is submitted in a breakdown for each estimate. The Technical and Commercial Proposal must fully comply with the Customer's request and Requirements Specifications, must be submitted in the Customer's form with appendices with mandatory filling in of all lines. The cost is limited by budget.
If the data in the attached Technical and Commercial Proposal and the completed electronic form on the site do not match, the electronic form takes precedence. In case of non-compliance with the above requirements, the Technical and Commercial Proposal will be rejected.
In case of providing false information, a potential service provider may be suspended from participating in the Call for Bidding, and if the unreliability of the information provided is revealed after the conclusion of the Contract, such an Agreement may be terminated.
The Company has the right to choose an Offer that does not have the lowest price, as well as to accept or reject any Offer in whole or in part, as well as to reject all Offers with or without explanation, as well as to cancel the Call for Bidding at any stage, including after selecting the Winner. The customer has the right to refuse part of the work on the estimates in whole or in part, as well as to make changes to the estimates. Part of the work must be completed by 12/01/2023. All materials are agreed with the customer. Zheleznogorsk Hotel LLC uses electronic document management (EDI) with its partners and customers in the Astral system. Please note that, all other things being equal, preference may be given to a supplier using electronic document management systems (the form of the agreement is available in the bid documentation). Any questions are to be submitted via 'Requests for Clarification' tab of the 'ETP via the 'For Clarification' tab. The dividing list of materials in the estimate is preliminary. Adjustment is possible. It is possible to conclude a separate contract for each estimate
