Mandatory conditions for KA: (adjusted if necessary)
"Payment procedure and terms:-Advance payment: The Customer pays an advance in the amount of 30% of the total amount of the contract within 10 (ten) banking days from the date of signing this Contract on the basis of an invoice provided by the Contractor.
- The final payment under this Contract is made by the Customer within 30 calendar days from the date of signing by both Parties of the Act of acceptance of completed works in the form of CS-2, certificates of the cost of completed works in the form of CS-3.
-the guarantee amount is 5% of the contract value is paid to the general contractor 1 year after the Act of acceptance of completed works
