Restriction on submission of a bid higher than previously submitted
Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:the customer makes payment to the Contractor upon completion of a separate phase not later than 15 (fifteen) banking days after signing acceptance certificate of executed works, information on the cost of work performed and costs and provide invoices. Calculations are made by transferring money to the account of the contractor. By agreement of the parties may be subject to other forms of payment stipulated by the current legislation.

2. A brief description of the work:
• disassembly of all layers of the roof,
• vapor barrier device,
• installation of mineral wool insulation in two layers,
• the device levelling Coupler,
• ogruntovka bases of concrete under the waterproofing a roofing carpet
• surfacing of bonded rolled materials: in two layers,
• small device (firewalls, parapets, overhangs, etc.) from a sheet of galvanized steel
• loading debris and garbage disposal.
Work is done from the materials of the customer with the use of machinery and equipment contractor.
3. requirements to the composition of the tender participant
The participant shall submit the following certified documents:
1. Extract from the register of members of the CPO at the date of filing of the application to participate in the selection.
2. The founding documents of the Organization (State registration certificate of a counterparty; certificate of registration with the tax authority; Extract from the unified State Register of legal entities; a certified copy of the report form CZV-m for last month marked with the Pension Fund, etc.).
The participant must provide information on the following major logistical resources:
1. Availability of necessary equipment, machinery and PPE for the production installation, works.
The participant must enter information in the following categories: business
1. Assemblers.
2. Roofers.

3. Panel beaters
4. Maintenance worker
