Payment terms:The amount of advance is not more than 30% of the cost of the upcoming monthly work/services.
Final settlements under the Agreement shall be made by the Customer by transferring funds to the Contractor/Contractor's account on the first working Tuesday or Thursday (depending on the fact that will come sooner) after 15-60 calendar days from the date of signing by both parties of the UPD, or the Act of works performed, rendered services (Form No. N-A4), provided timely provision of the counter - textures. The term of payment under the contract is determined by the participant independently from the specified range and is established in the Contract concluded with him (the preferred value of the payment term is 60 calendar days). The decision to choose the winner will be made on the most favorable terms for PJSC Tatneft using a financial calculator (Appendix VIII. "Financial documents". Financial calculator).
Delivery terms:Beginning of work from the date of conclusion of the contract (no later than 01.08.2021) to 31.12.2023

As of 24.04.2021 Tatneft PJSC accepts commercial offers from participants of tenders in the following formats:

ВАЖНАЯ ИНФОРМАЦИЯ!!:В связи с участившимися случаями необоснованного отказа от поданного коммерческого предложения / от заключения договора, принято решение об изменении правил включения Участников закупочных процедур в стоп-лист ПАО «Татнефть». В случае первого необоснованного отказа – включение в стоп-лист сроком на 6 месяцев, в случае повторного отказа – на постоянной основе.
ВАЖНАЯ ИНФОРМАЦИЯ!!!:В случае отсутствия справки ФНС по форме КНД 1120101, данный документ возможно предоставить в течение 3-х рабочих дней после завершения процедуры. С 14.01.2019 в тендерных процедурах, где организатором является ПАО «Татнефть» (Центр закупок) продление сроков завершения тендера НЕ предусмотрено! В связи с чем, необходимо заблаговременно подать свое предложение. Лот будет разыгран без проведения редукциона и переторжек. Выбор победителя будет осуществляться на основании единственного предложения. Извещение о результатах процедуры будет доступно во вкладке "Файлы, загруженные организатором" после подведения итогов.
