Payment terms:
the calculations under this contract are based on receipt of the executed works (form COP-2), information on the cost of work performed (COP-3), as well as invoicing, by transferring money to the account of the contractor deferred payment not more than 30 calendar days from the date of execution of obligations under the Treaty.
Delivery terms:
the place of execution of works: volchansk, Pervomaiskaya, 22, Volchansk mechanical plant-the branch of JSC «scientific production Corporation "Uralvagonzavod".
Duration (period) perform work: Not more than 65 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
Terms of execution of works: in accordance with the LSR, drawings (Appendix No. 1 to this procurement documentation).
Prior to the production of works contractor develops and negotiates with the employer on the project.
