Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

В течение 15 (пятнадцати) банковских дней с момента подписания Договора, Заказчик перечисляет Подрядчику аванс в размере 50% от стоимости работ и материалов.
Расчеты за выполненные Подрядчиком работы производятся на основании подписанных Сторонами Акта о приемке выполненных работ (форма КС-2), Справки о стоимости выполненных работ и затрат (форма КС-3) в течение 25 (двадцати пяти) банковских дней, считая с даты подписания вышеуказанных документов Заказчиком.

Работы должны быть выполнены в соответствии с перечнем и объемом работ представленных в таблице 1, а так же в соответствии c требованиями Заказчика и действующими в Российской Федерации нормами СНиП.
