Payment terms:Advance payment for civil works amounting to no more than 30% of the cost of the forthcoming month the amount of work / services.
Payment is made after the fact, by transferring money to the account of the Contractor. The customer is not earlier than 30 - 60 calendar days following the reporting performed by the Contractor shall pay for the reporting period works according to the signed acceptance of the Acts of the volume of work executed in the form №KS-2, the information on the cost of the work performed and the costs in the form №KS-3, by -fakturam and acts of reconciliation of net advance under para. 3.8. ВАЖНАЯ ИНФОРМАЦИЯ!!:В связи с участившимися случаями необоснованного отказа от поданного коммерческого предложения / от заключения договора, принято решение об изменении правил включения Участников закупочных процедур в стоп-лист ПАО «Татнефть». В случае первого необоснованного отказа – включение в стоп-лист сроком на 6 месяцев, в случае повторного отказа – на постоянной основе.
ВАЖНАЯ ИНФОРМАЦИЯ!!!:В случае отсутствия справки ФНС по форме КНД 1120101, данный документ возможно предоставить в течение 3-х рабочих дней после завершения процедуры. С 14.01.2019 в тендерных процедурах, где организатором является ПАО «Татнефть» (Центр закупок) продление сроков завершения тендера НЕ предусмотрено! В связи с чем, необходимо заблаговременно подать свое предложение. Лот будет разыгран без проведения редукциона и переторжек. Выбор победителя будет осуществляться на основании единственного предложения. Извещение о результатах процедуры будет доступно во вкладке "Файлы, загруженные организатором" после подведения итогов.
