Auto-extension

Payment terms:
It is preferable to pay 100% on the fact of services rendered with a deferred payment of 60 calendar days (ready to consider the contractor's proposal).

Comments: 1. The submitted proposal must consist of a technical part, certified by the signature of the supervisor with an imprint of the seal. The list and composition of works should be indicated in the technical part and it is not allowed to indicate any information related to the commercial part (total cost, unit rates, payment terms, etc.) The offer must strictly correspond to the data indicated on the electronic platform. If the data in the attached TA and the completed electronic form on the site do not match, the electronic form takes precedence. In case of non-compliance with the above requirements, the TA will be rejected. In case of providing false information, a potential service provider may be suspended from participating in the Call for Bidding, and if the unreliability of the information provided is revealed after the conclusion of the Contract, such an agreement may be terminated. The Company has the right to choose an Offer that does not have the lowest price, as well as to accept or reject any Offer in whole or in part, as well as to reject all Offers with or without explanation, as well as to cancel the Call for Bidding at any stage, including after selecting the Winner.

To pass the accreditation procedure, it is necessary to provide a completed Supplier Questionnaire and a complete set of supporting documents.
Companies that have not been accredited cannot be selected as winners of tender procedures.
