Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:100% postpayment in priority (upon the provision of services) within 10 business days from the date of signing of the Act of completion by both parties. The participant can offer his terms of payment (if necessary, the purchase of materials, structures, products, equipment), but no worse than an advance of 50%, a postpayment of 50%.
Delivery terms:The term for the performance of work shall not exceed 55 (fifty five) calendar days from the date of signing the contract.

Comments:
The participant is required to have licenses for plumbing types of work and admission to SROs, certificates for all materials, works and services subject to licensing and certification in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation;
The participant must be an official distributor (partner-seller) of the equipment sold and have a service center with certified specialists in Novosibirsk.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
