2. The purpose of the work.
2.1. Ensure the replacement of worn-out devices and cables of the security alarm of the central warehouse (project 07048.A-OC, 2007) with the integration of an additional eight security loops of the TOPAZ-1 device (devices and cables are also subject to replacement).
2.2. The purpose of the burglar alarm system is to provide timely and guaranteed notification of the security service of LLC POO "GRAFIT-Novocherkassk" about the fact of unauthorized entry or attempted entry of people into the guarded premises with fixing the date, place and time of violation of the guard line.
2.3. Repair of the security alarm system must ensure the reliable, continuous operation of the system and, as a result, the safety of inventory items stored in the guarded premises (after taking the corresponding objects under protection).

3. List and scope of work performed and supplied materials.

3.1. The structure of the security alarm system must comply with the 07048.A-OC project with the integration of eight security loops of the TOPAZ-1 device.
The scope of work, supplied equipment and materials - according to the project, taking into account the necessary integration of eight additional security loops.
The recommended composition of equipment and materials is in accordance with the attached Specification.
3.2. The contractor replaces devices with an expired service life (almost all devices) with new ones, and also replaces cables (except for fiber-optic infrastructure) with new ones. In the event that the corresponding design device is discontinued, it is necessary to select a new device with similar characteristics, coordinating the replacement with the Customer.
3.3. Access (for review) to the materials of the project 07048.A-OC, 2007. to potential Contractors is provided only after the conclusion of a PRIVACY AGREEMENT.
3.4. After the completed work on the overhaul, the system must comply with the requirements set forth in the "Program and methodology for testing the security alarm system 07048.A - MI OS", which must be confirmed by the relevant Act.

4. Materials, mechanisms, tools of the Contractor

4.1. Motor transport and mechanisms for loading works are provided by the Contractor.
4.2. The tool for performing the work is provided by the Contractor.

5. Requirements for the Contractor.

5.1. To clarify the conditions for the performance of work, familiarization with the object, the arrival of the Contractor's representatives to the Customer is mandatory.
5.2. The contractor in his commercial offer indicates the procedure for payment for work and other conditions.
5.3. Certification of the head, engineering technician and executors for industrial safety and labor protection at HIF. According to Appendix No. 1.
5.4. Provision of health and safety measures for safe work methods at the facility.

6. Conditions of work

6.1. Work at an operating enterprise. Admission to the warehouse premises, for the performance of work - only in agreement with the relevant services of the plant.
6.2. Vehicles for garbage collection and disposal, as well as scrap metal are provided by the Contractor.
6.3. An outfit is drawn up for the performance of work - admission.

7. Turnaround time.

7.1. Start of work - April 2021.
7.2. Completion of work - July 2021

5. Balance sheet as of the last reporting date with the tax authority's mark of acceptance.

- Decision (Protocol).
- Power of attorney.
