Payment terms:The calculation for the rendered Services is made in the following order:
Calculation for the Services rendered and accepted by the Customer shall be made with a deferral of no more than 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the act of delivery and acceptance of services rendered, provided Contractor of the following documents:
(a) Accounts;
b) the act of delivery and acceptance of services rendered, signed by the Parties;
c) invoices,
by transferring funds to the Contractor's settlement account or in other ways that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation, including through the transfer of bills, etc.

Comments:
1. Attach documents confirming the right to overhaul boilers.
2. The organization should have experience in the overhaul of boiler equipment, provide feedback from other organizations about the work performed cap. repairs of boilers.
3. Licenses of work and an extract from the charter must be granted.
4. In the commercial offer, please specify the cost separately in rubles. with the indication of VAT/without VAT:
- materials (pipes, etc. on convective beam and screens);
- the cost of the SMR without materials separately;
- travel and other (accommodation, etc.) expenses.
It is also necessary to specify the terms (calendar days) separately on the configuration and execution of work.
5. The work on dismantling and installation of the lining is carried out by the customer.
