Comments:
We pay special attention that in case of failure to provide a full package of documents, the application of the participant is not considered. All documents must be attached when applying.

To participate in the procurement procedure, the following documents are required:
1. Commercial proposal on the letterhead of the organization indicating the following information:
- deadline in calendar days;
- cost in rubles excluding VAT (with indication of taxation system);
- warranty period;
- payment terms (taking into account the requirements of Rusagro Group of Companies);
- acceptable amount of penalties (% for a full week of delay in the performance of work);
- willingness to work according to the standard form of the contract of LLC Tambov Bacon.
Fill in the template, in the second table list the sections in detail the cost of developing software, hardware, installation, etc.
2. Schedule. Attention! binding to dates - 02/01/2020 - 03/31/2020.
3. A set of documents, according to the attached list.
4. Consent of the taxpayer receipt.
5. Reference list (experience of similar work).
6. The estimate according to the statement of work.
