Two-stage purchase procedure
The procedure is held in two stages. At Stage 1 the bidders need to upload the file with the proposal based on requirements specified in the documentation for prequalification of bidders. On the basis of received proposals the organizer makes decision on allowing to the bidders access to the next stage (Stage 2).

Comments:
1. When applying, you need to provide completed applications for the request and go through:

As of 01.07.2021 companies that have not been accredited may not be selected as the winner of tender procedures.

2. The application takes place in two phases:
1. In the preliminary phase, the annexes are completed containing the technical part (Annexes Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5) certified with the signature of the manager with a print print print print.
2. At the main stage, the commercial part (Commercial Offer and Resource Statement) is completed with the signature of the executive with a print print print print.
The technical part does not allow any information related to the commercial part (total cost, unit rates, payment terms, etc.). If necessary, individual documents of the technical and commercial parts of the TKP can duplicate each other, provided that such documents in the technical part of the TKP are submitted without pricing, but in commercial price part. The technical and commercial offer must be strictly consistent with the data listed on the electronic site. When the data in the attached TKP and the electronic form is filled in on the site, the electronic form takes precedence. In case of failure to comply with the above requirements, the TCP will be rejected. It is also necessary to consider the model form of the contract and in case of disagreement with the proposed form of contract, a protocol of disagreement must be provided when applying.

3. METALLOINVEST LLC uses electronic document management (EDO) with its partners and clients in SCB Contour's Diadok system (http://www.diadoc.ru). Please note that all other things being equal, a vendor using electronic document management systems may be preferred. If unreliable information is provided, the potential service provider may be suspended from the Purchase, and if the inaccuracy of the information provided is revealed after Contract, such a Treaty may be terminated. The Company has the right to choose the Offer that does not have the lowest cost.
