Payment terms:Advance in the amount of not more than 30% of the cost of the upcoming monthly volume of work / services.
Payment is made upon the fact by transferring funds to the account of the Contractor. The customer, not earlier than 60 calendar days following the reporting one, pays for the work performed by the Contractor for the reporting period in accordance with the signed Acts on acceptance of the completed work volumes in the form of No. KS-2, Certificates of the cost of work performed and costs in the form of No. KS-3, invoices and acts of reconciliation of settlements minus the advance payment provided for in clause 3.8. Of the contract.

ВАЖНАЯ ИНФОРМАЦИЯ!!:В связи с участившимися случаями необоснованного отказа от поданного коммерческого предложения / от заключения договора, принято решение об изменении правил включения Участников закупочных процедур в стоп-лист ПАО «Татнефть». В случае первого необоснованного отказа – включение в стоп-лист сроком на 6 месяцев, в случае повторного отказа – на постоянной основе.
ВАЖНАЯ ИНФОРМАЦИЯ!!!:В случае отсутствия справки ФНС по форме КНД 1120101, данный документ возможно предоставить в течение 3-х рабочих дней после завершения процедуры. С 14.01.2019 в тендерных процедурах, где организатором является ПАО «Татнефть» (Центр закупок) продление сроков завершения тендера НЕ предусмотрено! В связи с чем, необходимо заблаговременно подать свое предложение. Лот будет разыгран без проведения редукциона и переторжек. Выбор победителя будет осуществляться на основании единственного предложения.
