Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:5. Payment is desirable within 30-90 calendar days from the date of signing the certificate of completion, with an advance payment it is necessary to provide a bank guarantee (list of banks in Appendix 5).
Delivery terms:1. Be sure to visit the Customer's site and inspect the subject of work / services before submitting an application for participation in the purchase !!!
2. Operating production.
3. Mandatory development and approval of ERP / PPR 10 days before the start of work;
4. Supply of materials by the Contractor;
5. Payment is desirable within 30-90 calendar days from the date of signing the certificate of completion, with an advance payment, a bank guarantee must be provided (the list of banks is in Appendix 5).
6. Signing a standard form of the contract (Appendix No. 6);
7. All generated wastes of I-IV hazard class, formed as a result of work at the Customer's facility, the contractor undertakes to independently take out for placement, disposal, neutralization with supporting documents.
8. Compliance with measures to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection:
- Work must be carried out by employees who are not in the "risk zone" (up to 60 years old),
- Employees working on the territory of PJSC "ChTPZ" must be citizens of the Russian Federation, residents of the Chelyabinsk region, or go through a two-week quarantine after arriving in the Chelyabinsk region from another region before starting work with the provision of supporting documents (travel tickets, rental contracts, etc.). ), or present a document confirming the passage of a coronavirus test no older than three days.
- All employees of the contractor must be provided with PPE, respirator masks, undergo daily body temperature control (thermal imagers are installed at the checkpoint), and also disinfect their hands with an antiseptic located at the checkpoint at each entrance to the territory of the enterprise;
- observe the mask regime throughout the territory of enterprises (work, walking, by car);
- observe a "social" distance of 1.5 m. when moving around the territory of enterprises.
9. Signing of the DS to the contract on the provision of PPE (Appendix 7).

Comments:
The work must be carried out by an organization having:
1. SRO certificate with the right to perform work at capital construction facilities;
2. Experience in carrying out similar work.
3. Relevant material and technical base:
3.1. Equipment for installation / dismantling works;
4. Qualified personnel:
4.1. Specialists certified:
- for OT, PTM (knowledge test protocols);
- Rostechnadzor certification protocol (s) in accordance with G1. (Requirements for the order of work in electrical installations of consumers), according to G2.1 (Operation of thermal power plants and heating networks);
- for work at a height of 1, 2, 3 groups (protocols for testing the knowledge of the training center).
3.2. Availability of a construction control specialist.
3.3. Certified workers: welders, electricians,
- who have passed the knowledge test on electrical safety with a group of at least III to 1000V as operational repair or maintenance personnel,
- those who have passed the knowledge test on the operation of thermal installations as repair (operational-repair) personnel.
