Auto-extension

Payment terms:the contract price (price of the lot) is based on the costs of performance of the contract in accordance with clause 8 and p. 9 of this technical specification, the cost of shipping and insurance charges, customs duties, taxes and other obligatory payments travel expenses.
The current estimated cost of works (services) is determined by the local estimated those presented in annex 4 to the present documentation on procurement and the party in the form of technical and commercial proposals (in accordance with annex 3 to the present documentation on procurement).
List positions local estimates submitted in annex 4 to the present documentation for the procurement is not subject to change.
The participant has the right to make suggestions and comments on the technology of work performed, and accordingly costs within the initial (maximum) contract price (the price of the lot).
