Payment terms:The cost of work includes the transportation of the machine from the Buyer and back. The Customer pays for the work for each completed stage within 60 (sixty) calendar days after the Parties have signed the Act of Completion and the Contractor provides the complete package of documents (invoice, invoice, Act of Completion) by transferring funds to the Contractor's account. The guaranteed withholding payment, amounting to 5% of the cost of work, is carried out upon the signing of the acceptance certificate of the repaired object in the OS-3 form.
