Comments:
The commercial offer must contain the following information:
- full name of the Contractor;
- TIN;
- turnaround time;
- a price offer for a complex of works, in accordance with this Terms of Reference, with the attachment of a justification for calculating pricing;
- terms of payment;
- warranty obligations.

Requests for clarification of documentation, selection procedures are submitted no later than 2 days before the deadline for filing applications.

If there are several stages in the procedure, please submit your proposal at each stage of selection. Otherwise, proposals will not be considered.

ISO LLC has the right to refuse to participate in the Selection in the following cases:
- the commercial offer was received after the expiration of the specified period;
- the terms of the commercial offer do not correspond to the terms of the invitation;
- the commercial offer contains false information;
- the person who sent the commercial offer is in the process of liquidation or reorganization, or insolvency (bankruptcy) proceedings have been initiated against him;
- in any other case, on the basis of internal procedures, with the right not to explain the reasons for the refusal.

The selection will be held with mandatory rebidding.
Place of the procedure: This procedure is carried out in electronic form on the e-marketplace of the B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Participants' proposals are submitted in the form of an electronic document.
