- availability of permits and licenses for this type of work;
- availability of our own qualified personnel required to perform work;
- to have production areas, the necessary equipment, instrumentation and instrumentation to perform all types of work;
- laboratories must be certified and have a certificate of accreditation in the Federal Service for Environmental, Technological and Nuclear Supervision.

The total bid price must cover all obligations of the bidder to fulfill the requirements contained in the bidding documents, including the estimated cost of services, delivery, travel expenses, etc.
