- all works are performed by one contractor;
- availability of own qualified personnel necessary to perform the work;

- laboratories must be certified and have a certificate of accreditation from the Federal Service for Environmental, Technological and Nuclear Supervision;
- manufacture of a winding kit using Monolith-2 technology;
- return of non-ferrous metal scrap (stator winding) to the customer
