Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:1. Acceptance of works is carried out in stages and monthly upon completion of works.
2. Payment is desirable within 60-90 calendar days from the date of signing the certificate of completion
3. With an advance payment, a bank guarantee is required (the list of banks is in Appendix 5). If an advance payment is required, the issued advance must be secured by a bank guarantee of the return of the advance payment. The guarantee must be issued by a bank - a guarantor from the TOP-20 list of net assets of Russian banks (Appendix No. 5).
Delivery terms:1. The terms for the provision of services are until 12/20/2020.
2. Supply of materials by the Contractor. Substitution of materials is not allowed.
3. Be sure to visit the Customer's site and inspect the subject of work / services before submitting an application for participation in the procurement (if necessary / possible).
4. Warranty obligations for the work performed - at least 3 years.
5. Payment is desirable within 60-90 calendar days from the date of signing the certificate of completion, with an advance payment it is necessary to provide a bank guarantee (list of banks in Appendix 5).

8. Compliance with measures to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection:
- Work must be carried out by employees who are not in the "risk zone" (up to 60 years old),
- Employees working on the territory of PJSC "ChTPZ" must be citizens of the Russian Federation, residents of the Chelyabinsk region, or go through a two-week quarantine after arriving in the Chelyabinsk region from another region before starting work with the provision of supporting documents (travel tickets, rental contracts, etc.). ), or present a document confirming the passage of a coronavirus test no older than three days.
- All employees of the contractor must be provided with PPE, respirator masks, undergo daily body temperature control (thermal imagers are installed at the checkpoint), and also disinfect their hands with an antiseptic located at the checkpoint at each entrance to the territory of the enterprise;
- observe the mask regime throughout the territory of enterprises (work, walking, by car);
- keep a "social" distance of 1.5 m. when moving around the territory of enterprises.
9. Signing of the DS to the contract on the provision of PPE (Appendix 7).
10. Waste is generated during the work. Waste hazard class - 4. All waste generated as a result of its own activities is transferred to a specialized organization for disposal, or disposed of independently.
11. The work is carried out alternately, 2 bathrooms at a time.

Comments:
The work must be carried out by an organization that has:
1. Membership in an SRO with the right to perform work at capital construction sites.
2. Relevant material and technical base:
2.1. Equipment for installation (dismantling) work;
2.2. Machines and mechanisms according to the estimate;
3. Certified personnel:
3.1. Rostekhnadzor certification protocols according to G1.1 (Certification of managers and specialists of organizations operating electrical installations), G2.1 (Operation of thermal power plants and heating networks).
3.3. Protocols of attestations and certificates for labor protection.
3.5. Protocols of attestations and certificates for the Fire-technical minimum.
3.6. Certified workers: welders, electricians, including:
- those who have passed the knowledge test on electrical safety with a group of at least III up to 1000 V as operational repair or maintenance personnel.
- those who have passed the knowledge test on the operation of thermal power plants as operational-repair or maintenance personnel.
4. Availability of a construction control specialist.
5. Experience of carrying out similar works.
