Payment terms:payment of the cost of the executed works is made by the customer within 90 (ninety) calendar days from the moment of signing by the parties of the relevant Act (form KS-2, KS-3) and providing the UPD issued in accordance with the tax code of the Russian Federation.

Comments:
for participants who have previously registered in the system but have not received EDS and have not paid for participation in the system, it is possible to download proposals by the organizer of the request. The e-mail address for sending documents is tender_mm@mechel.ru. The receipt of offers to the e-mail address is completed 4 hours before the end of the procedure.

Required: Attaching the offer and documentation to the bids in accordance with the attached purchase documentation.

The offered products and the list of services should correspond to the attached technical specification.

Please note that this request is not a notice of competition or public offer and is not regulated by article 447-449 ch. 1 of the Russian Civil Code, art. 1057-1061 Ch. 2 of the Russian Civil Code. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer the corresponding volume of civil liabilities, and reserves the right to reject all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without thereby incurring any liability to the Participants.
