Comments:
The request for proposals is not a type of tender and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of Part one of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The notification is an invitation to suppliers to make offers to the organizer of the request for proposals.
The application for participation is an offer of a potential participant of the request for proposals. At the same time, the organizer of the request for proposals does not have the obligation to conclude a contract based on its results.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
Перечень обязательных требований к участникам:- Наличие разрешительных документов на все выполняемые виды работ;
- Опыт выполнения аналогичной работы не менее 3-х лет;
- Наличие квалифицированного и аттестованного персонала;
- Материально-техническая база, включающая производственное оборудование, инструменты, приспособления и инвентарь;
- Перед началом ремонтных работ Подрядчик обязан согласовать с Заказчиком проект производства работ на выполнение капитального ремонта силового трансформатора ТРДН-25000кВА с разработкой всех необходимых мероприятий, сопутствующих выполнению работ;
- При выполнении работ должны применяться материалы имеющие сертификаты качества;
- Условия гарантии оговариваются в договоре. Подрядчик (исполнитель) должен гарантировать надежную работоспособность отремонтированного оборудования не менее 12-и месяцев с момента приемки выполненных работ;
- Предоставление коммерческого предложения со сроком действия не менее 30 календарных дней.
В дополнение к коммерческому предложению предоставить:
- Выписка из реестра СРО;
- Свидетельство о регистрации электротехнической лаборатории;
- Справка о кадровых ресурсах;
- Справка о материально-технических ресурсах;
- Справка о выполнении аналогичных работ.
