On the basis of received proposals the organizer makes decision on allowing to the bidders access to the next stage (Stage 2).

Support service is 3 years. The winner of the procedure will be provided with a guaranteed amount of work for the duration of the contract is 3 years. Rates will be revised annually according to a formula of escalating prices, specified in the layout of the agreement (annex 6).
