Settlements under the Agreement shall be made by the Customer by transferring funds to the Contractor's account on the first business Tuesday or Thursday (whichever comes first) after the expiration of 30-60 calendar days from the date of signing by both parties the Act of performed works rendered services (Form №H-A4), subject to timely provision of the invoice (or UPA).
The term of payment under the contract is determined by the participant independently from the specified range and is established in the Agreement concluded with him (the preferred value of the payment period is 60 calendar days).
The decision on choosing the winner will be made on the most favorable terms for PJSC TATNEFT using the financial calculator
Delivery terms:From the date of conclusion of the contract (but not later than 27.06.2020) to 31.12.2020g.

Comments:
The Lot will be played without reducing and oversticking. The selection of the winner will be based on a single offer. Notification of the results of the procedure will be available in the "Files downloaded by the organizer" tab after summarizing the results.

ВАЖНАЯ ИНФОРМАЦИЯ!!:В связи с участившимися случаями необоснованного отказа от поданного коммерческого предложения / от заключения договора, принято решение об изменении правил включения Участников закупочных процедур в стоп-лист ПАО «Татнефть». В случае первого необоснованного отказа – включение в стоп-лист сроком на 6 месяцев, в случае повторного отказа – на постоянной основе.
ВАЖНАЯ ИНФОРМАЦИЯ!!!:В случае отсутствия справки ФНС по форме КНД 1120101, данный документ возможно предоставить в течение 3-х рабочих дней после завершения процедуры. С 14.01.2019 в тендерных процедурах, где организатором является ПАО «Татнефть» (Центр закупок) продление сроков завершения тендера НЕ предусмотрено! В связи с чем, необходимо заблаговременно подать свое предложение. Лот будет разыгран без проведения редукциона и переторжек. Выбор победителя будет осуществляться на основании единственного предложения. Извещение о результатах процедуры будет доступно во вкладке "Файлы, загруженные организатором" после подведения итогов.
