Payment terms:The calculation of the cost of the work performed is formed in the GRAND-Smeta software package, guided by MDS 81-35.2004 using the base-index method and is provided for approval at the time of the conclusion of the contract. Payment for the object is made by the Customer-com within 120 calendar days from the date of signing by the parties of the delivery to the Customer of the signed Certificates of the cost of the work performed, form No. KS-3, the certificate of completion KS-2 and the provision of the original invoice.

This request for quotation procedure is not a tender procedure. The organizer has the right to refuse all received offers for any reason or to terminate the request for quotations at any time, without incurring any liability to the Suppliers!

The "Contractor" undertakes to submit a production schedule and be guided by it in the process of performing work under the contract.

After the end of the bidding procedure, the Contractor provides an estimate and concludes an agreement in accordance with the attached draft agreement to the lot and fills out an application for unconditional signing of the agreement. The contract amount is final and not subject to upward revision. To perform work under the contract, the "Contractor" has the right to involve Subcontractors, but without increasing the cost of the work and with the written approval of the selected Subcontractor with the "Customer". The "Contractor" submits to the "Customer" the as-built documentation within five working days. In case of late delivery of the executive technical documentation, the Customer has the right to charge and present for payment a penalty in the amount of 0.5% of the cost of construction and installation work for each day of the delay. " The contractor is obliged to compensate for damage in the event of an overestimation of the volume and / or cost of the work performed, revealed as a result of the checks carried out. The Contractor is obliged to bring the primary documentation (including forms No. KS-3, No. KS-2) in accordance with the actual data and return to the Customer in 100% of the previously received funds, not confirmed by the results of inspections.

MANDATORY acceptance of the contract as amended by the Customer attached to the PURCHASING DOCUMENTATION!
