The final payment in the amount of 50% of the cost of the Work within 10 (ten) business days from the date of the invoice for payment. The invoice is issued after the commissioning is completed, the equipment is put into operation on the Customer's territory and the act of completed works is signed with the attached invoice of the established sample.
The price of the Contract includes the cost of all costs of the Contractor required to perform Work under the Contract
Delivery terms:The term of work is the evaluation criterion (minimum term is 1 month, maximum - 8 months from the date of transfer of the machine to the contractor
