Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Recommended deferred payment of 90, 60, 30 calendar days from the date of signing of the certificate of completion and invoice. If advance payment is required, the advance payment issued must be provided with a bank guarantee of the advance payment return. The guarantee should be issued by the bank-guarantor from the TOP-20 list of net assets of Russian banks (Appendix No. 5).
