Auto-extension

Payment terms:4.2.1. Оплата выполненных Субподрядчиком работ по соответствующему Акту производится Подрядчиком, по завершении соответствующих работ, в размере 95% (Девяносто пяти) процентов в течение 20 банковских дней после оплаты Заказчиком за соответствующие работы, подписания Подрядчиком и предоставления Субподрядчиком подписанного Акта о приемке выполненных работ КС-2 в бухгалтерию Подрядчика на основании предъявленных Субподрядчиком счетов-фактур, оформленных в соответствии с законодательством РФ.
4.2.2. Окончательный расчет между сторонами в размере оставшихся 5 % (Пяти) процентов от стоимости выполненных работ производится в течение 05 (пяти) календарных дней с момента поступления денежных средств от Субподрядчика за услуги, оказываемые Подрядчиком.
