Auto-extension

Delivery terms:
Execution of works of artist forces in the service center and the artist at the location of the customer's equipment in Zherdevsky, Znamenskoye Sampurskaya, Sosnovsky, Michurinskom, Day, Nikiforovsky, Tambov region Tambov region, Ternovskii district of Voronezh region.
Comments: Commercial proposal shall specify:
- spare parts cost for each node, service fees;
- Performance time on each machine at the signing of the contract until 16.12.2019 r .;
- Payment terms;
- Commercial proposal validity period;
- Readiness to cooperate under a standard contract of GK Rusagro;
- Warranty period;
- Service center locations artist;
- A bid security (bank guarantee) may be required in case the commercial proposal implies an advance payment (in full or partly). In case an advance payment exceeds RUB 1 000 000 (incl. VAT) the Supplier/ Contractor shall provide a bank guarantee at a bank included in Top-10 according to a ranking by the Russian Central Bank. A letter from a bank confirming availability of a bank guarantee amounting to the advance payment shall be provided.
It is necessary to attach to the proposal copies specified in the request for documents.
