Comments:
The procedure is carried out by the general contractor organization and is an ongoing need (not price monitoring). The request for proposals is carried out with the qualification selection of companies. To do this, the participant must upload a confirmation of the qualification criteria of LLC "USC" to the ETP (see attachment) during the request for proposals procedure. Conditions for the formation of the cost of works / services, according to the estimated documentation attached to the competitive procedure - mandatory provision of a full estimate / justification of the amount, using the coefficients of appreciation of the estimated cost. The participant of the procedure must be ready to provide the TAP in the form of a percentage increase in price to the estimated cost (at the request of the organizer).
