Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Подрядчик обязан в срок до 25 (двадцать пятого) числа текущего месяца, а за август до 31 (тридцатого) числа, предоставлять Заказчику надлежаще оформленные и подписанные акты сдачи - приемки выполненных работ (форма №КС-2, № КС-3).
Оплата выполненных работ производится в следующем порядке:
- Заказчик производит авансовый платеж в размере до 50% от стоимости материалов и оборудования, приобретаемых Подрядчиком по договору, в течение 30 дней с момента подписания настоящего договора, путем перечисления денежных средств на расчетный счет Подрядчика;
- при выполнении работ Подрядчиком отдельными этапами (помесячно) расчет за выполненные работы по отдельному этапу (за месяц) производится Заказчиком в течение 30 календарных дней с момента подписания акта о приемке выполненных работ путем перечисления денежных средств на расчетный счет Подрядчика.
- Оплата осуществляется на основании актов о приемке выпол-ненных работ и выставленных Подрядчиком счетов-фактур (при необходимости – других расчетных документов).
Стороны ежеквартально производят сверку расчетов. Результаты расчетов
оформляются актом и предоставляются Подрядчиком до 10 числа месяца,
следующего за отчетным кварталом.
