Payment terms:3.5. Оплата по Договору осуществляется Заказчиком в следующем порядке:
3.5.1. В счет стоимости Работ по Договору Заказчик уплачивает Подрядчику аванс в размере 10% (десяти процентов) от стоимости Работ. Оплата производится в течение 30 (тридцати) календарных дней с даты вступления Договора в силу, при условии наличия в Договоре уточненного комплекта сметной документации на Работы, согласно п. 3.2. Договора, на основании счета, выставленного Подрядчиком, и с учетом п.п. 3.5.3. Договора.
3.5.2. Окончательный платеж в размере 90% (девяносто процентов) от Цены Договора выплачивается в течение 30 (тридцати) календарных дней с даты подписания Сторонами документов, указанных в п. 4.1. Договора, на основании счета, выставленного Подрядчиком, и с учетом пп. 3.5.3. Договора.
