Delivery terms:Spare parts and materials are provided by the contractor. The prices for spare parts and materials of the Contractor in the submitted commercial proposal will be checked by the SEB of Minudobreniya JSC for compliance with current prices.

Comments:
The contractor must provide:
• questionnaire (company card) of the tender participant;
• reference list for similar types of work;
• copies of bukh. balance sheet and profit and loss statement for the last 3 years (with regard to counterparties not participating in tenders in 2019);
• TCH, which consists of two parts:
a) the commercial part with the attachment of the calculation, which indicates the cost of work and consumables listed in the Defective list for the KR dump truck dated 17.08. if possible - the cost of transport services for the delivery / collection of equipment to / from repair. Spare parts and materials are provided by the contractor;
b) the technical part.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
