Comments:
1. Carrying out major repairs according to the terms of reference.Performing capital repairs by a specialized repair plant that has a license to perform.
2. The warranty repair must be at least 24 months.
3. The service life after repair is at least 5 years.

5. Please note that this request is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Article 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Article 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all Proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time without incurring any responsibility to the Participant.
6. The Offer is valid for at least 6 (six) months.
7.Mandatory provision of a calculation for capital repairs of the retarder of the carriage KNP-5 with transcripts of materials and spare parts.
8. If a Participant does not have the technical capability to submit an offer through the functionality of an electronic trading platform, the Organizer of the procedure has the right to accept an Offer from such a Participant to the email address b2b-ujdt@mechel.ru , independently uploading this Offer to the site, through the functionality of the System, subject to the following conditions:
The participant must be registered in the System:a). each document included in the Offer must be signed by a person who has the right to act on behalf of the Participant.
b).each document included in the Offer must be sealed by the Participant.c). the documents must include an official letter of appeal to the Organizer of the purchase with a request to place an electronic version of his Offer and a waiver of any claims related to the fact that the Offer in the System will not be placed by the Participant himself. The offer is accepted by the Organizer up to 6 hours before the end of the bidding in the System. Notify the responsible person about sending the Offer in advance by phone.
9. Mandatory signing of the standard contract of PJSC "CHMK"
