Payment terms:No advance payment is provided.
Final payments under the Contract are made by the Customer by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account / The Contractor on the first working Tuesday or Thursday (whichever comes first) after 15-60 calendar days from the date of signing by both parties of the UPD, or the Act of Work performed, services rendered (Form No. H-A4), provided that the invoice is provided in a timely manner. The payment term under the contract is determined by the participant independently from the specified range and is set in the Contract concluded with him (the preferred amount of the payment term is 60 calendar days).
Delivery terms:From the date of conclusion of the agreement (but not later than 09.08.2021) to 31.12.2024.

ВАЖНАЯ ИНФОРМАЦИЯ!:Договоры с Участниками - победителями тендера будут заключены в соответствии с проектом договора, предоставленного Заказчиком в составе тендерной документации.
ВАЖНАЯ ИНФОРМАЦИЯ!!:В связи с участившимися случаями необоснованного отказа от поданного коммерческого предложения / от заключения договора, принято решение об изменении правил включения Участников закупочных процедур в стоп-лист ПАО «Татнефть». В случае первого необоснованного отказа – включение в стоп-лист сроком на 6 месяцев, в случае повторного отказа – на постоянной основе.
ВАЖНАЯ ИНФОРМАЦИЯ!!!:В случае отсутствия справки ФНС по форме КНД 1120101, данный документ возможно предоставить в течение 3-х рабочих дней после завершения процедуры. С 14.01.2019 в тендерных процедурах, где организатором является ПАО «Татнефть» (Центр закупок) продление сроков завершения тендера НЕ предусмотрено! В связи с чем, необходимо заблаговременно подать свое предложение. Лот будет разыгран без проведения редукциона и переторжек. Выбор победителя будет осуществляться на основании единственного предложения. Извещение о результатах процедуры будет доступно во вкладке "Файлы, загруженные организатором" после подведения итогов.
