Payment terms:Заказчик в течение 10 (Десяти) календарных дней с момента подписания настоящего Договора перечисляет на расчетный счет Подрядчика сумму аванса в размере 50% от стоимости материалов , используемых при выполнении Работ.
Заказчик осуществляет оплату выполненных Работ ежемесячно в течение 30 (Тридцати) календарных дней со дня подписания Сторонами акта сдачи-приемки выполненных Работ и при условии получения Заказчиком от Подрядчика соответствующей счета-фактуры.
Погашение авансового платежа производится путем ежемесячного удержания из сумм текущих платежей, причитающихся Подрядчику пропорционально стоимости материалов в актах выполненных работ к общей сумме материалов в смете.
